Superlatives are what I hate. &quot;No Smoking. Except in designated areas.&quot;  Why not just say &quot;Smoking allowed in Designated areas only.&quot;

as for the man/woman/human person debate the word Evil works for all child abductors, unless you are that guy in Japan trying to get his kids back from his crazy wife....
